You will find a south-facing terrace, a plancha grill for outdoor meals and a private, seasonally heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Ideally located around 5 km from the beaches, the villa is within easy reach of shops, cycle paths, La Palmyre Zoo and the region’s many activities. Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €1.45 per night per adult (aged 18 and over) applies to your stay. This tax is not included in the displayed price and must be paid separately. Guests under 18 are exempt.

Private swimming pool: The house has a private swimming pool, heated from mid-May to the end of September, weather permitting. It is ideal for enjoying sunny days and relaxing in peace.

Linen: Bath towels, kitchen tea towels and bed linen are provided. To help you settle in, the beds will be made before your arrival.

Family stays: The house offers a welcoming setting for holidays with family or friends. If you have any specific requests regarding equipment for young children, please contact us before your arrival.

Respect for neighbours: To help keep the surroundings peaceful, we ask our guests to respect the neighbours’ peace and quiet, especially in the evening.

Getting around the area A car is the most convenient way to explore La Palmyre, Les Mathes and the surrounding area. Villa La Sablière offers a garage and private parking, allowing guests to park their vehicles easily directly at the property. Cycling is also an excellent way to get around during your holiday. Les Mathes and La Palmyre have an extensive network of cycle paths connecting the beaches, the Côte Sauvage, local shops and major attractions, with many scenic routes running through the Coubre Forest. A dedicated bicycle storage area is also available at the villa. For destinations further away, such as Royan, the villages of the Arvert Peninsula or Oléron Island, travelling by car is recommended.

Discover La Palmyre and the Côte Sauvage Ideally located in Les Mathes, close to La Palmyre, Villa La Sablière offers an excellent base for discovering the Charente-Maritime region and the beautiful Atlantic coastline. Approximately 5 km from the beaches, guests can enjoy the long sandy stretches of the Côte Sauvage and Grande Côte, Bonne Anse Bay and La Palmyre harbour. The famous La Palmyre Zoo, golf course, local markets, shops and restaurants are also within easy reach. Les Mathes and La Palmyre offer an extensive network of cycle paths running through the Coubre Forest. These scenic routes provide a wonderful way to reach many of the area's beaches and attractions while enjoying the surrounding natural environment. With the Atlantic Ocean nearby, there is also a wide range of water sports and outdoor activities to enjoy, including surfing, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, windsurfing, paddleboarding, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing and boating. For a change of scenery, guests can also visit Royan and its seafront, explore the charming villages of the Arvert Peninsula or spend a day discovering Oléron Island.
